ORIGINS

It’s a time capsule: the hearty wine of the farmland, the child of a simple and powerful tradition, reborn in the XXI century thanks to the tools and know-how of contemporary wine making. Vì stems from an historical research on winemaking in the 1940s and 50s.

Rack and return with micro-oxygenation, 30-day maceration at 26 degrees Celsius. Aged 6 months is stainless steel vats and 6 months in the bottle.
