Creamy and velvety effervescence, tertiary aromas from a long cuve-close second fermentation: our sparkling wine 100% made in Villamagna. Our goal was to recreate sensations typical of the traditional approach using the tank method.
With a light and tasty meal before a concert or a show, or to toast a special occasion.
Aged 6 months in stainless steel. Long (6 month) Charmat method, with stirring of the lees. Aged 12 months in the bottle.
Green apple, bread crust. Silken, velvety effervescence.
